Production

We know that as a customer, you need flexibility. At TDIC we run 2 full shifts as well as a partial third shift. This gives us the flexibility that is needed to be extremely responsive to orders and other special customer needs. Our covers are produced in a clean, temperature controlled environment. An employee from each department is on our Clean Team. This team coordinates the efforts of everyone in the production facility to ensure a high level of cleanliness is maintained.

TDIC is driven to provide the most reliable production process possible. We cut between 50-75 different patterns on any given day and our automated cutting process ensures consistent, reliable cuts.

All supervisors, leaders, and production specialists are cross trained in the other areas of our production process. This allows versatility, and gives our employees an understanding of what the needs are in all areas of production. Each TDIC employee possesses an exceptional commitment to work at a high level of quality. In addition, all production leaders and supervisors are highly trained, with many years of experience in textile sewing and robotic coverings.
