How long have you been in business?
What is your Lead Time for orders?
Our standard Lead Time is 10-15 Business days. If you are in an urgent situation, contact us to discuss your specific needs.
What if our system does not allow us to place orders that far ahead of time or we are not able to keep 3-4 weeks worth of stock at our site?
We have a Will Call Program that allows you to have an agreed upon amount of product kept at our facility at all times. As a result, you can lower your expenses by not having to store product, decrease the turnaround time it takes to receive your orders and receive shipments more frequently.
What if I need product expedited?
We have a Fast Track Program in place to handle last minute requests for product. In most cases we are able to accommodate a shorter Lead Time in order to meet your requirements. Tell us what you need, by when, and we will see if what you need is eligible for our Fast Track process.

What if I am pressed for time and need an answer to my question right away?

What if I need to cover my equipment but I am not familiar with protective coverings at all?
We will walk you through the process guiding you every step of the way. We will explain to you what information we need from you. We will work within your budget and requirement specifications to come up with a solution to your needs.

When is my order going to ship?
You will receive an Order Acknowledgment within 24 hours from the time your order was received. Your ship date will be indicated on the Order Acknowledgment. Please contact Customer Service if you have a concern about your assigned ship date.
What if I need the Tracking number or Proof of Delivery for my order?
Simply contact Customer Service with your Purchase Order number and they will give you the tracking number and trace the shipment if needed.
