Ceiling Track Covers

History:
The ceiling track cover was developed in 1997 for a major domestic automotive manufacturer to assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the paint booth.

Function:
This product is a long strip of absorbent material (usually foam) applied to the ceiling tracks that contain the filter media. It is designed to cover the flat metal surfaces from accumulation of paint. It is held in place with clips that are sewn into the cover and is securely mounted to the screens.

Benefits:
The Ceiling Track cover will absorb paint that would normally collect on the top of the paint booth, thereby preventing potentially resulting drips and flakes that may fall on to the painted unit during production.

Regularly scheduled cleaning of the ceiling would be eliminated with proper use. Only changing these covers at appropriate intervals would be necessary. This would save cleaning time, cleaning materials, manpower, and enhances overall cleanliness of the function of the booth.
